Following in dad's footsteps

Following in dad's footsteps
How do you two know each other? Okay, uh, that's a long story, E I make sure that, uh, I'm up for one of these up for work. My dad is big boy. We have four sets of father son teams here, including my son and I, um and I just think it's a great thing because I think if the father works here and thinks it's a good place to work and they bring their son on board, I think that's a testament to what type of work environment and what type of career you could have here. This company has run differently. Family is very important. Came down to one evening when I was talking at dinner that we had hired a new guy. I actually got upset and said, Why don't you tell me? I've decided I want to do that. Okay. Well, as soon as there's a green spot open, we'll bring you on for a full training. You have to earn us. And that's exactly what he did. I don't like the coattail thing. And in my interview with the Boss, I told him, Judge me on my actions of what I do not based on his repertoire. Like my junior year of high school, when I started looking into what I wanted to do when I was done, I wanted to do something in trades. I think people look on me to do better because he's my father, hearing about his day and watching them grow and learn things. That's what I enjoy. I'm proud of him and I'm getting impressed more and more by the kind of man that he's becoming. I was his age when I started here and I started working here doing the same stuff he's doing. I sometimes help out in the office by just stamping some stuff, and I also work in the garden and pull weeds. It's easier to talk to him and knows anyone else. One of the other things I like Butters. When I go to their house for dinner, whatever and we'll talk about a job that came up helps me to kind of learn what overlaps and what I should be looking for a constant. I step back and let him make his own mistakes. He's got to figure out how to get out of it and then we can talk about for next time. He's a hard worker. He also really encourages me to do the best I can and just the fact that he is a really great dad. Oh, thanks, buddy. Appreciate it. How do you feel about the amount breaks? We take work. You kind of that way. Don't really dig, Breeze.
