Theo. Grandpa started the company in 1959. He was in the Navy. He moved West Allis. He became an oil delivery guy. He was a pioneer in a lot of things in heating and air conditioning. My grandma answering phones and my mom answering phones, and he was in the service drunk. He was working 24 hours a day. All my grandma's told me stories, she said. He would just lay down and got about a 10 o'clock at night and the phone would ring and he would get back up and he'd go back out to fix somebody's fernz. Not only do I want a good quality of life for myself in my family, but for my employees families, too. I hate my hand being family operated for so long. It puts a big importance on how to run the place, just a family atmosphere. We're a small shop, in a sense that it feels like family when you're working here. But we're able to handle large scale jobs Carson stuff as well. There's not a day I don't get up front going to work. It's always a I can't wait to get their type feeling. I've actually got one employee who worked for my grandpa, who works for me now. And he's like he's always told me like Oh my God, I don't even know what your grandpa would say if he was alive TV.
