WISN News Director Matthew Sinn has been working in television for more than 20 years, holding leadership positions for more than 12. Prior to being named News Director, Sinn was hired in 2015 at WISN as the Assistant News Director.

Before heading to Milwaukee, Sinn spent nine years as an Executive Producer and Special Projects Producer at WTSP Tampa Bay’s 10 in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida. He has also spent time as a Producer with Fox Sports Net and an Executive Producer at The Villages in central Florida.

Sinn graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Production. He is a Florida native but loves calling Milwaukee his home, essentially trading sand for snow.

When not in the newsroom, he spends as much time as possible with his wife, son, and chihuahua.
